Bromelain is popular with people involved in high-impact sports and is a mixture of enzymes found in pineapples (Ananas comosus). Take 2 tablets daily with water or as directed by your Healthcare Professional. It is recommended that Bromelain is taken for no longer than 8 to 10 days in a row. After this period is elapsed, take a break of 3-4 days and then resume.
