Q-Flex is a trusted Glucosamine and Chondroitin formulation. Ideal for helping to maintain smooth working joints, Q-Flex contains 410mg of Glucosamine, and amino sugar derivative that is found naturally in your joints, where it is involved in the maintenance of your connective tissue. Q-Flex also contains 100mg of Chondroitin - a cartilage component which helps attract fluid into the cartilage. Also included are 75mg of Vitamin C and 50mg of Calcium Carbonate, to help maintain cells, tissues and bone strength.
