Red clover (Trifolium pratense) is a perennial herb that commonly grows wild in meadows throughout Europe and Asia, and is now known to grow in North America. It has easily distinguishable red flowers at the end of the branched stems. Modern research has revealed that Red Clover contains high amounts of isoflavones.
